Blogmas Day 1: 50 Facts About Me/Blogmas Giveaway

Welcome to Blogmas everyone! I’m so excited that I’m able to do this this year. I will be posting once a day for the next 25 days. So sit back and enjoy!

Also… in the spirit of this wonderful holiday, I’m going to do a giveaway! Day one will be 50 facts about me. Not sure I can choose 50 things, but let’s give it a try.

1. I took Accounting in college and am completely obsessed with numbers
2. I still love WWE wrestling from the late 90’s early 2000’s and still watch it regularly.
3. My guilty pleasure is watching all of the Twilight movies a couple times a year.
4. I’m in love with mythology. Mostly Egyptian and Greek.
5. I can sit down and listen to the same song over and over again for hours at a time if I find it catchy enough.
6. On the note of music, I’m pretty sure I once confused Spotify because I put everything from Ramstein to Marilyn Manson to Carrie Underwood to Backstreet Boys in the same playlist.
7. I work from home.
8. I’m in love with Disney.
9. Land Before Time is still my favorite movie of all time.
10. I once read three novels in one day and it was the best day of my life.
11. I can cook, but if I try to bake I pretty much ruin it every time.
12. I love dyeing my hair bright colors. I currently have bright purple in my hair.
13. I also have my lip and nose pierced.
14. When I was 13 I pierced my lip three times by myself. It hurt. A lot.
15. I have five tattoos with plans of many many more.
16. My favorite animals are cats.
17. But I also love snakes, iguanas and other reptiles.
18. I watch Halloween Town every year around Halloween.
19. The Grinch is my favorite Christmas movie ever.
20. One of my favorite things to do is reorganizing my bookshelves.
21. I haven’t actually watched television in years.
22. I’m obsessed with Romance.
23. Rereading books is one of my favorite things to do.
24. I recently discovered wearing leggings as pants and now it’s my favorite thing ever.
25. The last time I actually wore a face full of make up was 11 years ago.
26. Pumpkin Spice is my favorite flavor.
27. Other than Apple Cinnamon.
28. I want to own a Fennec Fox.
29. If it was possible to survive off of raw bell pepper, I would. It’s pretty much my favorite food.
30. I honestly don’t really have a preference between reading paper books or e-books. As long as it’s on something that’s not back-lit.
31. I’m always nervous about reading ARC’s because I feel guilty about getting the book for free if I end up not liking it.
32. I’m a very talkative person but social situations make me super tired.
33. I love reading/watching Top 10 lists in articles or on YouTube videos.
34. I once owned a Husky/Wolf hybrid named Spirit and he was the best dog ever.
35. I can’t speak a word of french but I can understand most conversations I hear.
36. I’ve always wanted to go to Ireland and Greece.
37. I love watching video games, but I lose patience with them so quickly that I can’t play them.
38. Unless it’s Harvest Moon or Pokemon. I’ve put hundreds of hours into those games.
39. My favorite color is red.
40. I absolutely love supporting non-mainstream artists and therefor own all the Ninja Sex Party and NateWantsToBattle CD’s. However, I’ve never actually listened to the physical CD.
41. I refuse to put up posters unless they’re in frames.
42. The best feeling in the world is laying on the couch half asleep and watching a movie or TV show that you’ve already watched.
43. I recently started playing around with Henna tattoos and although I’m not artistic at all, I absolutely love it.
44. I don’t drink (or like) tea or coffee. Or wine.
45. I regularly go a week or two without leaving my house.
46. I love the smell of matches. And I also love the smell of gasoline.
47. I write lists for everything.
48. I have a shelf completely dedicated to Jennifer Armentrout books.
49. I used to play the flute in band when I was in middle school.
50. I’m obsessed with anything to do with owls. Necklaces, pendants, plushies, figures. If it has an owl on it, I’ll buy it.
