Happy New Years!
I hope everyone had a fun and very safe night.
This is going to be my first TBR of the year. It was never in the plan to do TBR’s, but I decided that with the challenges I was planning to complete, it might be a good idea to have some idea of what I’m going to read. This is also the first week that I will be posting three times a week. I’m going to try my hardest to keep this up but if I fail periodically, bear with me. This is going to be a bit of a change.
So, with that said.. onto the announcement first!
I will be participating in A Series A Month 2018 and I am so excited to be a part of this. I love marathoning series’ but I never seem to stick through it and read the whole thing. Read here to find out everything you need to know about the challenge! The short of it is that I am challenging myself to read all the published books of a series each month of 2018.
Thank you so much to Dani for coming up with this reading challenge.
I don’t have a full TBR for the year, but here’s a few series that I would love to get to.
The Raven Cycle (4 Books)
Stalking Jack the Ripper (2 Books published, 3rd has 2018 release)
Doon (4 Books)
Briarwood Academy (3 Books)
Seven Realms (4 Books)
Significance (5 Books + 2 Novellas)
Also, Jennifer Armentrout is releasing her De Vincent series this year with the first book being out January 2018 and the second in June. So this might be counted as a series as well, because I sure as hell will be reading that.
So there’s at least 6 series (maybe 7) that I will definitely be reading this year. I can’t wait to find more, which I’m sure I will as soon as I actually look at my shelves and see how many unread series I have.
Let me know if you guys are participating! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s experience!
And now my TBR:
Super excited to read these this month. The Briarwood Academy series by Isla Madden-Mills is the novel I’m using for #ASeriesAMonth2018.
Clockwork Angel is my challenge book for this month! I want to push myself to read at least one book that I wasn’t going to touch for one reason or another. I’ll try. Let’s see.
What books are you looking forward to reading this month?
Until next time,
