I have seen a ton of people starting bullet journals for 2019 and the more I looked into it, the more I’ve realized that I need this in my life.
I’m turning 26 this year and I have realized a lot of things. I’m not the healthiest, I’m not taking control of my mental health as much as I should and I have some medical issues that I need to track to be able to give accurate information when I go see a specialist in a few months.
You’ll notice on one of the trackers that I have a ‘tummy tracker’. I have been dealing with stomach issues for almost 9 years that I have cutely referred to as ‘tummy issues’. Well, I’m tired of them, so I need to work on this.
Everything from behaviour to weight loss tracking to budgeting, savings and writing. I have nearly everything in this journal.
If you’re interested in starting one… I have one piece of advice: Pintrest is your friend. Thank you to Ann for that advice because I went crazy on there.
